At Beach Babe Fashion, we want you to love your Roxy surfwear as much as we do! But we understand that sometimes things don’t work out – maybe the fit isn’t quite right or you changed your mind about that color. No worries! Our returns and exchanges policy is as easy as catching a wave at sunset.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear bottoms (bikini bottoms and boardshorts) unless they are defective or incorrect items. All other swimwear must have the hygiene liner intact.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your items:

  1. Contact Us – Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the items you wish to return or exchange. Use our handy template below!
  2. Wait for Approval – We’ll review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 1-2 business days.
  3. Package Your Items – Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, and include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship It Back – Send your return package to:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for the package until it reaches us.
  5. Wait for Processing – Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is processed:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
International Returns: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend marking the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Swimwear bottoms (bikini bottoms and boardshorts) unless defective
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Final sale items (these will be clearly marked)

Damaged or Wrong Items?

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

Note: Beach Babe Fashion is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt until your refund is processed.
