Hey Beach Babes! We know you’re excited to get your hands on your new Roxy gear, so we’ve made our shipping process as smooth as riding your favorite wave.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to get your surfwear to you:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)
Note for International Customers: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Roxy surfwear as much as we do! If something isn’t quite right, our returns process is as easy as catching a wave at sunset.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Swimwear bottoms (bikini bottoms and boardshorts) unless defective
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Final sale items (clearly marked)
All other swimwear must have the hygiene liner intact to be eligible for return.
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us – Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the items you wish to return or exchange.
- Wait for Approval – We’ll review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 1-2 business days.
- Package Your Items – Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, and include a copy of your order confirmation.

USAWe recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for the package until it reaches us.
- Wait for Processing – Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days.

Refunds
Once your return is processed:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
International Returns
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend marking the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges.
Damaged or Wrong Items?
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
Important Note: Beach Babe Fashion is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt until your refund is processed.
